During the first three months of the year, the Fitness and Nutrition committee and WashU Wellness Connection support members of the WashU community through the Bear Balance Program.

The program includes complimentary body measurements and fitness assessments to help ensure participants are staying on track to reach their fitness and wellness goals. Participants also receive information about all of the fitness and nutrition programs available on campus and have the opportunity to create accountability groups.

Please not, you do not have to be a member of the Sumers Recreation Center  in order to participate in the program — it is open to everyone in the WashU community.

Check back in December for 2020 Bear Balance dates and registration information.
